We work hard to produce the best products possible, prioritizing quality first. If you have have a manufacturing issue with your product, we want to fix it. Its that simple.
Coverage: MainStreetMade warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, MainStreetMade will, at its option:
- Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
- Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
- Refund the original purchase price of the product.
Exclusions and Limitations: This Forever Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or other external causes.
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by MainStreetMade.
- Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of MainStreetMade.
- A product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of MainStreetMade.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear.
How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must contact MainStreetMade to receive instructions on how to return the product. Proof of purchase will be required. MainStreetMade will bear the cost of shipping product from our facility to you.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, MainStreetMade shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, or any other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the use of this product. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the product was purchased from.
